Dates that are on hold (marked in yellow) can be challenged through an easy process:

• Confirm to your Sales Manager you are ready to sign a contract and pay a deposit for your desired date.
• The client with the hold will be notified and will have 48 hours to contract/pay deposit, or release the date.
• If there are multiple holds, the challenges will proceed in subsequent order.
• If a hold challenge is released to you, you will have 48 hours to sign your contract and pay your deposit otherwise the hold may go back to the original client.
