The Full Day Meeting

The Full Day Meeting has been designed to help you create a perfect off-site day.
Our Full Day Meeting package is the result of seeing what works the best for hundreds of our clients who are looking for flexible access to the venue for the entire day.

- The Globe and Mail Centre meeting rooms feature modern,spaces with terrific views of the lake and east city.
- Purpose built, the spaces can be adapted for many kinds of seating setups.
- Includes a range of tables and chairs.
- Count on smooth arrivals and setups. Our preferred suppliers get special access to the venue and know all the secrets to speeding up your installation. Our team helps with your vendor logistics so you save time and money seamlessly getting your meeting up and running.
Outstanding
team
- You are partnered with a dedicated Event Coordinator who knows our space inside and out, and has the best tips and tricks to help you have a phenomenal day.
- We create and help you evolve your floorplans and coordinate with your vendors and suppliers, so they have the support to deliver their services.
- On the day of your event, you will have a dedicated Venue Supervisor. They will be with you during your meeting to ensure your services are flawless and take care of any changes.
Food and beverage
- Choose from our outstanding beverage options to keep your guests hydrated throughout the day. From early morning caffeine to get the ideas firing to an elegant wine at a networking session – just check out our Beverage Menu. Your proposal will include an estimate for your anticipated services, and will note the beverage minimum spend.
- We are partnered with some of the top caterers in the city, and will be happy to connect you with right caterer that will align with the goals of your meeting. Your selected caterer will prepare a proposal which will include the costs of food, staffing and rentals required to facilitate your requested service. Landmark fees will also be applied to this proposal.
AV Services
- Our in-house supplier EPIQ vision offers an integrated meeting package with the equipment and support to deliver your content.
- Your proposal will include a Meeting AV package that is typically used for events like yours – with projection screens, podium, microphones, and speaker system included in the venue rate. Looking for custom solutions? We’ve got those too.

We saw a need for an option that keeps costs down and focuses on the guests.
Your guests can arrive any time after 5 pm, and we include up to 2 hours of setup in the venue.
