Dates that are available (marked in green) may have a hold - your Sales Manager can confirm if you have the first, second or third hold on an available date.
Any hold can be challenged through an easy process:
- Confirm to your Sales Manager you are ready to sign a contract and pay a deposit for your desired date.
- The client with the hold will be notified and will have 48 hours to contract/pay deposit, or release the date.
- If there are multiple holds, the challenges will proceed in subsequent order.
- If a hold challenge is released to you, you will have 48 hours to sign your contract and pay your deposit otherwise the hold may go back to the original client.
